1. Privacy Policy
Who processes your data

We process personal data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection. For requests from European Union countries, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) also applies.
What data we receive
This website is intended for businesses. We receive data of employees and representatives of organisations that contact us.
Through the request form. The form does not send data to our server and stores nothing on the website. The button opens your email program with a prepared message, and you decide whether to send it. We receive what the email contains: company name, your name, phone, email address, task description and attached files (drawings, photos, documentation).
By email, phone, WhatsApp and Viber. We receive the information you choose to share with us.
Technical data. The hosting server automatically keeps an access log: IP address, browser and operating system type, date and time of the request, page address. The log is needed to protect against attacks and to find technical faults.
We do not ask for ID documents, private individuals’ bank details, health information or any other data we do not need for our work. Please do not send it.

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep data
- Correspondence on requests that did not become orders: up to three years from your last contact.
- Order documents: for the periods required by accounting law.
- Server logs: for the periods set by the hosting provider, usually up to 30 days.
Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Data is received only by:
- TopHost (tophost.md): hosting of the website and the corporate mailbox info@lasersteel.md, servers in the Republic of Moldova;
- WhatsApp (Meta) and Viber (Rakuten Viber), if you message us there. These services process data under their own terms and on servers outside Moldova;
- Google, only if you choose to open the map on the contacts page;
- carriers, to the extent needed to deliver your order;
- public authorities, in cases expressly provided by law.
We do not transfer your data outside Moldova ourselves. A transfer abroad happens only through the messengers and maps you choose to use.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
- restrict processing;
- receive the data you provided to us in a machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another organisation;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on it;
- lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md) or with a court.
To exercise a right, write to info@lasersteel.md with the subject “Personal data”. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. For complex requests the period may be extended: we will tell you in advance and explain why. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
How we protect data
The website runs over HTTPS. Access to the website admin panel and to the corporate mailbox is limited to employees who need it for their work and is protected by individual passwords. We use drawings and technical documentation only to quote and manufacture your order and do not share them with third parties. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the National Center for Personal Data Protection and, where the risk to you is high, you as well, within the periods set by law.
Children
This website is intended for business relations between organisations. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 16.
Changes
We update this policy when the law or the way the website works changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.

What the website does not use. No web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), advertising pixels, retargeting or other tracking tools. If we add any, we will ask for your consent first: they will run only after you agree, and this policy will be updated.
Google map. On the contacts page an image is shown instead of the map. The Google map loads only after you click “Show map”. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under Google’s terms.
Managing cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy and security”. If you block them completely, the website will no longer remember your chosen language.

Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes and minimum batches are for reference only and do not constitute a public offer. Exact parameters, price, lead times and delivery terms are agreed individually after your request.
We keep the information up to date but reserve the right to change the range, specifications and minimum batches without prior notice. Product photos are illustrative; differences in finish shade and execution that do not affect functional properties are possible.
Requests and orders
Sending a request through the website form, by phone, messenger or email does not constitute a contract and creates no obligations for either party. A contractual relationship arises once the terms are agreed and the order is confirmed by both parties.
Manufacturing to your drawings
By sending us drawings, sketches, samples or technical documentation, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and that their use for manufacturing does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Your materials remain your property. We use them solely to manufacture your order, do not share them with third parties and do not use them in our own promotional materials without your written consent.
The Company’s intellectual property
The texts, photos of products and production, logo, design and structure of the website belong to SRL „Sport Motor” and are protected by copyright law. Non-commercial quotation is allowed with a reference to the source and an active link to the website. Commercial use of the materials, including copying the catalogue, is possible only with our written consent.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for temporary unavailability for reasons beyond our control. The Company is not liable for the consequences of using products for purposes other than intended, beyond design loads or contrary to installation recommendations.

Applicable law
Relations arising from the use of the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent court of the Republic of Moldova.
