”Sport Motor” company was founded in 2016, on the territory of ATU Gagauzia. At the current stage of business development, we manufacture and sell metal products of various complexity and utility, including: clamps, hinges, brackets and other steel fastening elements, grill sets, decorative panels and execute custom laser cutting projects.

Our production department manufactures brackets for beam attaching, various hinges, grilles and barbecue stainless steel sets, decorative metal ornaments for gates, as well as various brackets and fasteners.
We also operate the production unit of decorative metal panels for cladding buildings both outside and inside. The panels are designed and cut using ultra-precise, fiber-optic laser cutting equipment.

The modern equipment for metal laser cutting, which we use, is equipped with numerical control (CNC). This allows us to obtain an accuracy of micron dimensions for each object made. Our specialists can thus transform any metal sheet into an art object of almost any shape and complexity, it all depends on your imagination and the properties of the material.

Tracing
Before going into production, it is necessary to transfer the sketch into a format suitable for the cutting equipment. We distribute the shapes on the sheet, to obtain minimal metal loss. If needed, we can also provide design services, helping your idea to gain shape.
Cutting
Our laser cutting equipment is able of cutting steel sheets up to 20 mm thick, and with a size up to 1500x3000mm. The machine cuts either with oxygen or nitrogen. The cutting error is only 0.001 mm. Incredible!
Bending
The shapes obtained after cutting are afterwards modeled, to obtain the final result. Whether you opt for manual or automatic bending, we guarantee a precise, accurate and professional result.
Welding
If your object requires welding, it will be done in the best way possible. Depending on the material, we will apply argon (TIG), electrode or contact welding. In any case, we guarantee neat, seamless connections.
Coating
The final stage of any project is the one in which we apply the color. The process takes place in a professionally equipped 2x4m chamber. We use high quality powder coat, which will prevent rust from reaching the metal, will avert scratching and will ensure over time resistance.
Products
The products offered by our company are similar by nature and diverse by means of use. Some are technical and utilitarian, being used as component parts in complex constructions, while others are more decorative and represent a final product.
Clamps, hinges and brackets
We produce various hinges for doors and entrance doors, retractable grilles, hatches, metal doors, metal garage doors. Our hinges are made of high carbon steel, which has good weldability, high corrosion resistance and is easily amenable to metal cutting. We also produce street light fixtures, fixing devices for European fences, construction clamps for beam fixing, latches.
Grill sets
Our grills fold in 30 seconds, can be easily transported and easily fit in the trunk of the car. They are designed for 8 skewers and are equipped with blow-through roasters. The skewers and grill nets are made of high quality stainless steel - AISI304.
Decorative panels
Decorative metal panels are used for both interior and landscape design. Sizes, ornamental patterns and colors can be chosen individually. The color is applied with powder coating. The ornaments will ad an elegant, noble look to the entrance of your property. Forging with cast iron elements always shows confidence, durability and a tribute to the best traditions. The range of ornaments and patterns is unlimited.
